Fund Management

We sincerely believe that God has challenged us to be obedient to His calling to share His love with the local community of Westward Ho! and Northam. As you can see from this website, we believe that to build His church (the fellowship of Christian believers) in the village, we need to expand our already stretched buildings and facilities to accommodate the needs of this growing area.

Our primary objective is to seek prayer support and funding towards the cost of erecting a new church building on land adjacent to our existing facilities.

The second element of the vision is for us to be able to help other fellowships who are also undertaking similar building projects to meet their own needs. To this end any excess funds, after meeting the primary objective of our vision, will be transferred to the administration of a new charitable trust which will distribute these funds amongst other Christian fellowships who share our vision to reach others for Jesus, through direct work in local communities.

In the event of the fundraising falling short of its target or the project failing for whatever reason donors agree to allow the managing Trustees of Westward Ho! Baptist Church to distribute any funds raised to other charitable funds or organisations for the purpose of church building.
